Sift & Remember is a productivity tool provided by mindgameapps. Contact hello@solvvit.com with questions. The app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad; these terms describe the features offered in your build.
Adults only: 18 and over
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sift. Do not use the app or its AI features if you are under 18. The app asks you to confirm that you meet this requirement, and connected AI and trial access require an account-specific adult declaration. This is a self-declaration, not verification of your identity or date of birth. We do not ask for identity documents or a date of birth for this check.
AI features are subject to Google Gemini's supported regions and service restrictions. App Store availability does not guarantee AI availability in every country. You remain able to contact support about deletion and manage an existing Apple subscription without making an adult declaration.
Your saves and responsibility
Sift helps capture and organize links, local screenshots, thoughts and comments. Version 1.0.0 build 14 and later supports screenshot attachments up to 5 MB, optional typed or pasted screenshot text up to 300 characters, and thoughts up to 300 characters. Screenshots stay on your device; Sift does not run OCR or analyze image contents. You remain responsible for content you save or send for analysis, including having permission to use another person's information or copyrighted material. Do not use Sift to submit unlawful content, abuse the service, bypass usage controls or interfere with other accounts.
Your local library is stored on your device. Account sign-in is not a promise of cloud library synchronization or backup. Keep separate copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Sift is not an encrypted document vault.
AI is optional and can be wrong
When Enrich with AI is enabled and permission is confirmed for a save, Sift processes your selected thought, screenshot's typed or pasted text, or supported public link and its optional comment through its Supabase backend and Google Gemini, a third-party AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Build 16 names these services and the selected data before you continue. If matching permission is absent, choose Allow and send in the Send to Google Gemini? dialog to authorize the transfer; Keep local does not authorize AI processing. A screenshot needs 3 to 300 characters of text for AI; its image, filename and local path are not sent. Review titles, categories, extracted details and sources before relying on them. AI may miss context, misunderstand text or fail to access a link. Suggestions are not professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
Sift does not automatically buy products, book travel, add calendar events or perform an external action simply because an AI result suggests one. Copying details or opening a link leaves the final action to you.
The 14-day free access period and read-only library
An eligible verified-email account may explicitly start one 14-day (336-hour) free access period after confirming adult eligibility. This is the no-card Sift trial described in earlier builds, not an Apple introductory offer. Creating an account alone does not start free access. It includes unlimited saves and up to 20 successful AI enrichments total across the trial, not a monthly allowance. It does not require a card, create an Apple purchase, authorize a later charge or renew automatically. Free access ends with no charge; continuing to add saves or use AI requires a separate paid subscription purchase. Earlier trials retain their original start and end dates and are not restarted or extended to 14 days.
New saves require a signed-in account, an active trial or paid Pro, and a successful online access check when submitting the save, including manual saves with AI off. If access cannot be confirmed, new saves are unavailable until it can be verified. Manual-save content stays on your device; the access check is not cloud-library synchronization. Using all available AI does not stop manual saves while trial or paid access remains active.
Without active trial or paid access, the local library is read-only: you can view, search and delete existing saves, including offline, but cannot create new saves or use AI. Expiry does not delete existing saves. There is no ongoing free AI allowance. Past trial redemption or subscription history can make an account ineligible for a trial. Deleting and recreating an account does not reset a used trial.
During an active trial, dismissible in-app reminders may appear after 10 days and during the final 24 hours. If both thresholds have passed, the ending reminder takes priority. A shorter earlier trial may show only its final-day reminder. These reminders do not send push notifications or marketing emails, offer a discount or start a purchase.
Paid subscriptions through Apple
Paid Sift Pro is offered through Apple In-App Purchase on supported Apple devices, with monthly and yearly plans. It includes unlimited saves and up to 200 successful AI enrichments per UTC calendar month while access is active. The app shows allowance and reset information. Usage and request-rate limits apply, including safeguards for repeated failed requests. The app shows the selected plan's localized price, billing period and renewal terms next to the paid subscription action, and Apple presents the purchase confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the displayed price for the selected period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. No paid checkout is offered by this website, or by Sift’s Android and web builds.
Sift free access is separate from a paid Apple subscription. No free period is included with the paid plans described here. If you purchase while free access is active, the paid subscription starts when you confirm the purchase; payment does not wait until free access ends. Starting free access alone never starts a paid subscription.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Apple handles charges and refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer law. Sift cannot cancel an Apple subscription by deleting an account. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting local data does not stop renewal.
Restore Purchases requires the Apple account that owns the purchase and the Sift account to which it was linked. Access is granted only after server verification. If verification is interrupted, keep the original accounts and retry or contact support rather than purchasing again.
Availability and account controls
Connected features require a working network and configured services. Screenshot import and notifications depend on platform support and permissions. Apple releases require iOS/iPadOS 15 or later, or macOS 12 or later. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every source can be analyzed.
You can stop using AI, disable notifications or request account deletion. Local saves remain after account deletion and must be removed separately. See the deletion instructions.
Apple license and your rights
When distributed through the App Store, Sift is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless the listing provides a different applicable license. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the updated date and made available here.
