ColorLedger Terms

Clear expectations for your ledger, records and Apple subscription.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

ColorLedger is provided by mindgameapps as a record-keeping tool for hair colorists. Contact s.m.aliabidy@gmail.com with questions. The app is preparing for its first public release; no public subscription checkout is currently available.

Using ColorLedger

You are responsible for the accuracy of entered formulas, quantities, product costs and client information, and for permission to store and show photos or personal information. ColorLedger records your work; it does not recommend chemical formulas, verify quantities with a scale, provide safety advice, or replace product instructions and professional judgment.

Recorded product contribution is revenue minus entered product cost. It excludes labor, rent, tax, card fees and other overhead. It is not net profit or accounting advice. Estimates and stock records depend on what you enter.

Free samples and Pro

The free plan permits three distinct completed services per ledger and up to 15 active clients. A saved service may contain multiple bowls and photos. Drafts, corrections and retries do not consume extra samples. Voiding or deleting completed history does not restore a free sample.

Once available, Apple subscriptions provide the Pro features shown in the app. Apple presents localized prices, billing periods and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Introductory eligibility is determined by Apple and is independent of the three free service samples. Apple handles payment, billing and refund requests under its terms.

Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases uses the Apple account that owns the purchase. Signing out of ColorLedger, removing the app or deleting your data does not cancel billing.

Your records and availability

Closing a subscription prompt preserves the draft. Existing history, corrections and basic exports remain available after Pro ends. Keep exports or appropriate backups of work you need to retain. Local data can be lost with the device or when the app is removed.

Cloud sync is not active in the current preview and must not be relied on as a backup. Availability, compatible systems and supported features may change between releases; review the app’s actual feature descriptions before subscribing. No service promises uninterrupted availability.

Privacy and Apple’s license

The ColorLedger Privacy Policy explains data handling and the deletion page explains removal options. When distributed through the App Store, use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless the store listing supplies a different applicable license. Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer rights.
