Each sample is one completed client service, including its formula, bowls and optional photos. Drafts do not use a sample. The free plan also supports up to 15 active clients.
Try the complete workflow
Save three services per ledger. Corrections do not use another sample; deleting or voiding history does not reset the allowance.
Continue when you are ready
Once Apple subscriptions launch, Pro will allow more saved services and clients. Apple will show the actual monthly or yearly price and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm.
Keep access to your work
Closing a subscription prompt keeps your draft. Saved history, corrections and basic exports remain available after a subscription ends.
Product costs are based on the quantities and costs you enter. Product contribution excludes labor, rent, taxes and other overhead. ColorLedger does not provide chemical formulation or safety advice.
